A.N.A Nutrition is the most essential factor for achieving the A.N.A System’s Goals

In our sports nutrition programs we create a tailor-made nutrition plan on how many meals you should eat and how many calories are required for your daily activities. We take into consideration, your health and the nutritional pyramids, your activities and your results.

So how do we get off on the right foot and make the decision that will lead us to a healthier and happier lifestyle? First, we need to educate ourselves, to find out what our bodies need to operate smoothly. Second, we need to evaluate how we are doing now, and third which is the most challenging but the most satisfying part is we must make real plans to incorporate the necessary changes. What we should eat, how much to exercise, bad habits to cut back on, how much sunlight to get in, what vitamins to take and so on, will take a toll on us in the beginning, making our workout feel impossible. However, this is only in the beginning.

Metabolism:

Metabolism is the set of chemical reactions that occur in living organisms in order to maintain life. These processes allow organisms to grow and reproduce, maintain their structures and respond to their environments. Metabolism is usually divided into two categories. Catabolism and Anabolism.

Catabolism:

A Structure of the coenzyme adenosine triphosphate, a central intermediate in energy metabolism. Catabolism breaks down large molecules, for example to harvest energy in cellular respiration. Anabolism, on the other hand, uses energy to construct components of cells such as proteins and nucleic acids.

Detoxification?

Means cleaning the blood. It does this mainly by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren't properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected.

Benefits?
Stimulates the liver to drive toxins from the body Promotes elimination through the intestines, kidneys and skin Improves circulation of the blood Refuels the body with healthy nutrients.

How?

First, lighten up your toxin load. Eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars and saturated fats, all of which act as toxins in the body and are obstacles to your healing process. Also, minimize the use of chemical based household cleaners and personal health care products (cleansers, shampoos, deodorants and toothpastes) and substitute natural alternatives.

Another obstacle to good health is stress, which triggers your body to release stress hormones into your system. While these hormones can provide the "adrenaline rush" to win a race or meet a deadline, in large amounts they create toxins and slow down detoxification enzymes in the liver. Therefore, it's a good idea to detox stressful life situations along with detoxifying your body. Yoga & meditation are simple and effective ways to relieve stress.

About the water:

Studies have shown that drinking plenty of water (room temperature) before breakfast can help the body flush toxins and help the body to slim. Not only individuals will be able to lose weight but also the elasticity of their skin will be nourished, leaving it hydrated in line with any diet program. Fasting is another method of detoxification.

Timing and Your Number of Calories:

It is very important to have 5 to 6 nutritional meals on a daily basis in order to build a well-fit body and conserve balanced energy within the body. The purpose of these meal breakdowns is to build higher metabolism in the body and to keep up the order of the pyramid food cycle on a periodic basis while trying to calculate the calories consumed and taken in.
